I have over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, and I was truly impressed when I visited a friend at White House Healthcare Center.

From the moment I walked in, the facility was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. There was no unpleasant odor, which speaks volumes about their standards of care and maintenance. The environment felt calm and comfortable.

What stood out most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Every interaction showed respect and compassion for the residents, and it’s clear that patient well-being is their top priority.

I was pleasantly surprised at the care my husband received at White House Rehabilitation Center. My husband was admitted there from New York Weil Cornell Presbyterian Hospital, which listed White House number one on their referral list. The facility is a little dated, but it had no bearing on the care that he received there. The care was outstanding. All of the nursing staff, including the CNAs, were very attentive to my husband’s needs. When he rang the call bell, there was no delay in them answering it. The facility is exceptionally clean. Housekeeping kept the common areas, and the patient rooms very clean. They were constantly mopping and emptying trash pails and making sure that the hallways were safe. The nursing staff had my husband’s bed changed to accommodate his long frame, which I appreciated because the initial was too short. Dietary also accommodated my husband’s menu by putting soup and salad as part of at least one of his meals daily and he enjoyed that. I also want to say that the administration was excellent. The few issues that we had were handled immediately and professionally. Administration was always very kind as well as the rest of the staff with whatever asks that we may have had. Lastly, the rehabilitation there was excellent! My husband left there being able to ambulate enough to come home and continue physical therapy at home, and for that, I will be forever grateful to the kindness, patience and work that all of the rehab staff gave to my husband enabling him to continue on his rehabilitation journey at home. If anyone is looking for a place to send their loved one for short – or long-term rehabilitation, I highly recommend the White House Rehabilitation Center, in Orange, NJ.

Also I forgot to mention the wonderful receptionists who always greeted me with a smile and and a wonderful greeting, every time I walk through the doors, thank you!

Recently, my father’s health rapidly declined to a point where we needed more care than our family was able to give him at home. After treatment, we chose White House Nursing and Rehab for his long-term care. Throughout this difficult transition, the staff has been nothing short of supportive and patient with his care to ensure the best quality of life for our loved one despite the new health challenges he faces. The facility is clean and the staff are very personable with us, keeping us involved with my father’s care, with everything from ongoing treatment to activities that are available to him and other residents at various times. I’m happy that we chose White House and appreciate all of the attention to dad’s care. Thank you!

I highly recommend this facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and the care was impeccable . The food, however due to my lifestyle, they really went above and beyond to accommodate me in the area of my nutrition. All in all, I had a memorable experience with lots of love, laughter and care. I am having my left hip done in December and I am excited and looking forward to returning. Special thanks once again to each and every one of you whom I personally interacted with during my stay. So far so good. Everyone I’ve met so far has been very pleasant, helpful, and kind. My family and I are pleased thus far with the care and attention my husband is receiving. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of medical care provided at White House Healthcare. While the building itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some modernization, the quality of treatment and attention to medical detail is truly top-notch.

From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated a clear commitment to thorough assessments, individualized care plans, and consistent follow-through. We’ve seen measurable improvements in our loved one’s condition thanks to the staff’s attentiveness and clinical skill.

The staff is very professional and respectful. Whenever a patient has a concern, the staff take care of it. The facility is kept clean at all times. Thank you for the care that my mother received for the 2 1/2 months she was there!
