The staff is very professional and respectful. Whenever a patient has a concern, the staff take care of it. The facility is kept clean at all times. Thank you for the care that my mother received for the 2 1/2 months she was there!

First impressions mean everything to me. Walking in security was very helpful. I had my hands full and needed help with the kiosk in the lobby. The reception was courteous and helpful. The facilities was immaculate, you could see your reflection on the floor. Every staff member I encountered was very helpful, knew their job and made you feel welcome. I was very nervous leaving my Dad but my mind is at ease now. I needed to know that he was safe and cared for.

White House is excellent all around. My Aunt Evelyn has been there since June, 2025. I can’t give enough praise to each and every person from the top down. No one is at the bottom because every person is a star. I can’t say enough about every staff member. The cleanliness is over the top. A lot a places you go to visit may have a smell. But here it’s like a breath of fresh air. They deserve a 10 star rating. My family wishes that she can stay and she’s 98 years young today and they all showered her with heartfelt love. God Bless them all. We know it’s not an easy job, but all work as a team, make it look effortless and with a smile. Grateful for each and everyone.

Exceptional doesn’t even begin to describe the entire staff at the White House Rehabilitation Center. They are attentive, caring and always available to answer questions or offer support. From the custodians, to the nurses and the support staff, EVERYONE treated my loved one with warmth, respect and professionalism. I’ve been associated with the WHITE HOUSE Nursing Home Facility for over 25 years.
They have cared for 4 of my family members, including my mother, 2 aunts and an uncle.
There is cleanliness throughout the facility, and also kindness, caring and respect not only for the patients, but fairness to the staff and employees. The owners, managers and employers are ALWAYS OUT AND ABOUT THE HALLS on all the floors, checking on conditions and progress of the patients and workers. They always greet me at the door when I arrive.

I am a 7 time EMMY AWARD RECIPIENT. I SING AND PERFORM AT 10 or 11 nursing, aftercare, post acute and assisted living facilities ANDI RARELY EVEN SEE upper management or the owners come to meet, greet or even thank me for coming to perform!!
The White House treats people how they would want to be treated.
Whenever it’s my time… WHITE HOUSE Will be my choice.

My grandma has been in this facility since March. The staff members are great and the nurses are awesome – I have favorites lol. Nosah China and Nicole (nurses,) aides are London, Donna ,and Brittany my favorite. The owners are always concerned. They come by the rooms checking on the patients. Mind you I’m here sometimes from 8am to 8pm literally. Any dislikes or anything I bring it to Mr. Miyer’s attention and he addresses it right away and let’s not forget about Mrs. Maureen. She takes good care of the patients with wounds (she’s an Angel). I feel safe to say I want to take the morning for a doctor appointment in the morning. I know my grandma will be taken care off and fed. I see how they treat the patients and love this place. My grandma is here short term but I recommend this Nursing Home.

Clean facility with enough staff per patient. You don’t have to look for the staff. Pleasant, engaging staff, no passing the buck. Administrators visible and accessible. Comfortable environment. White House Healthcare is one of the best nursing home in the area. At first I did not want to put my father there, I underestimated the facility. My dad had a very terrible experience elsewhere and I withdrew him at his previous location to the White House, since my dad admission to the White House Healthcare Feb of 2020 to present, I am so please with the care provided at the White House and the Staffs are very friendly and cares for the residents. I will encourage and refer friend and families there always.

The Administration overall is great. My advice to the owner is to keep that greatness going all the way. I am sure other residents’ families can witness and say the same as me. And so do the staff. But I give the hat to the owner first and the staff after; if the owner was careless the facility would not have a good standard. To the whole While House family – I wish all the best. The residents families are happy, staff are doing there jobs and administration are doing their parts. That is why White House is the Best!!!

White House Healthcare Center is where I am doing clinical. The place is located in a nice quiet area that I like very much. The place is very clean and compound well kept. The staff are very warm and friendly. I was shadowed by some of the best CNAs who took the time out to show me and my classmates the ropes under the watchful eyes of our teacher who ensures that our work is properly done. The management is respectful and seem to be on top of things. I strongly recommend that you consider this home for your loved ones and also if you’re job hunting, its a good place to work. The experience was awesome!

All the staff members at White House were exceptional!
I am very appreciative of the care I received at White House. I was blessed to be in a facility with people who care about the well-being of others. The nurses were very responsive to any concerns I had and the CNAs were friendly and caring. The Therapy team was exceptional, and the Dietary, Maintenance and Housekeeping staff were great. I loved receiving visits from the Administrative staff. Elba Mendez from Recreation gave me a puzzle book to stimulate my brains. May God bless the administration and staff at White House!

I was very hesitant when my daughter told me that she was bringing me to the nursing home. I came with reservations not knowing what to expect. However, I must confess that my fears were lifted when from the very first day of my stay. I was placed on the second floor and the nurses and aides were very warm and friendly and very attentive to my needs. Some of them even treated me as if I were their mother.

I appreciate and am very thankful for the alertness of the nurses who were able to send me out to the hospital so that I could have received the necessary help during my discomfort on my initial admission.

When I returned to White House I was placed on a different floor but with no regrets, for the aides and nurses were even more attentive to me. I became like their ‘grandma’ and everyone was very interested in my recovery process. They took very good care of me. I could not have desired being in a better nursing home.

Thanks to the therapy staff also for their diligent and consistent therapy sessions. They are a wonderful bunch of people. They always made me comfortable and the therapist who worked with me was very gentle and patient.

The social workers are amazing. I am proud of the manner in which they arranged everything for me during my stay at the nursing home and also the preparations they made for me on my discharge to home.

Recreation has a wonderful group of people. However, I must make mention of Elba who made me a beautiful bouquet of flowers while I was there. I cherish it so much that I brought it home to decorate my bedroom.
